However, we understand that things don’t always go as planned. If you’re not satisfied with your order due to damage, quality issues, or any other valid reason, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Refunds:
You may request a refund if:

The product is damaged, expired, or leaking upon delivery.

You received the wrong item or a different variant than what was ordered.

The product has a quality issue or is unfit for consumption.
Please note:
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept refunds for reasons like change of mind or incorrect address provided during ordering.
At Tamy’s, we offer refunds or replacements only for products that are damaged, defective, expired, or incorrectly delivered. To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at tamysecommerce@gmail.com, along with your order ID and product photos. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after verification.
