1. Prepare the Puran Poli:
   • Cut open the pack and follow the instructions to prepare the dough and filling.
   • Roll out the dough, fill with the sweet chana dal mixture, and cook on a hot griddle until golden brown.
2. Prepare the Katachi Amti:
   • Empty the contents of the Katachi Amti mix into a pan, add water as instructed, and bring to a boil.
   • Stir well and cook until the amti reaches the desired consistency.
